Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible female Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence for internal and external clients.
- Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and updating databases.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Good use of Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication skill.
