Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
- As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including:
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Managing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
- Developing and implementing effective filing systems.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, responding to:
- Inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Directing calls and messages to appropriate team members.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring:
- Seamless logistics and timely communication.
- Accurate scheduling and reminders.
- Effective time management and organization.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring:
- Data integrity and confidentiality.
- Compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Effective data analysis and reporting.
Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office space, including:
- Supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including:
- Flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Itineraries and travel documents.
- Expense reports and reimbursements.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as:
- Event planning and coordination.
- Research and data analysis.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, OND, HND, or NCE in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with database management, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
