Job Summary
- Are you smart, highly organized, and tech-savvy? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and making things happen? If so, you might be the perfect Administrative Assistant for Learners Crib.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of three years experience in administrative roles-planning, and organizing programs.
- Certifications in business management, and project management are added advantages.
- An experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
Skill Set Required:
Applicants must:
- Have excellent speaking (diction) and writing skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines timely and deliver quality tasks.
- Must be able to manage a group of people, ensuring timely delivery of information, engaging them actively in conversations, and providing guidance when and where necessary.
- Have high proficiency in the use of tech tools- Ms. Word, Google Docs, Zoom, Meet, and AI tools among others.
- Be able to multi-task efficiently and also able to work independently or with little supervision.
