Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 1-year renewable Contract
Duties
- Assist the Project Manager and the Director, Development and Delivery Office in the day-to-day project administrative processes and function.
- Assist in handling logistical arrangements for project meetings, workshops, official travels and accommodation (flight and hotel booking, travel authorization requests, travel advances and retirement of claims as needed).
- Assist in raising the projects’ internal/external requisitions with supply Chain and assist to follow up with finance Office on processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in managing the projects’ related inventories, raise work order and follow up till execution stage.
- Perform administrative activities of other related projects that falls under the purview of the Project Manager.
- Assist in coordinating, recording and document minutes of the Project Annual Review Meeting, project advisory committee and other meetings for the project management team.
- Assist in sending monthly reporting template and collating the monthly reports of all the projects’ partners.
- Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Business / Public Administration or related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have excellent oral and writing communication skills in English.
- Be well organized, able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
