Job Title: Administrative & Finance Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and professional Admin & Finance Officer who will handle our client’s financial operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
  • This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and payroll.
  • Oversee office admin and vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

Your Tasks

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flows, and invoices.
  • Handle monthly payroll, staff reimbursements, and taxes.
  • Manage vendor payments and procurement processes.
  • Support staff onboarding and leave tracking.
  • Keep documentation for compliance and audits.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in finance/admin roles.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting tools, and record-keeping.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or business admin.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian tax and labour laws.
