Job Title: Administrative/Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Fashion
Workdays: Mondays – Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Cordinate maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Recruit, interview, and hire employees for various store roles
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Manage payroll processes, including salaries, incentives, and overtime
- Track attendance, leaves, and work schedules
- Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND preferred
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a fashion house
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Certification will be a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Smart and Confidential.
Salary
- N150,000 Monthly.
