Job Title: Administrative/Human Resources (HR) Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Sector: Fashion
Workdays: Mondays – Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Cordinate maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire employees for various store roles
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage payroll processes, including salaries, incentives, and overtime
  • Track attendance, leaves, and work schedules
  • Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND preferred
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a fashion house
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Certification will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Smart and Confidential.

Salary

  • N150,000 Monthly.
