Job Title: Administrative Manager (Tech-Savvy)
Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized system for archiving reports and document across all department.
- Support accurate documentation and operational auditing.
- Office management: Supervising administrative staff, managing office operations, schedules/deadlines, and maintain office facilities.
- Policy development: Creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Supply chain management: Overseeing procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Transportation management: Coordinating logistics, shipping, and delivery.
- Budgeting and cost control: Managing budgets, tracking expenses/inventory.
- Team leadership: Supervising and mentoring staff members.
- Problem-solving: Resolving operational issues and improving organizational processes.
Requirements / Skills / Qualifications
- Qualification: HND / BSc / MBA in Business Administration / Public Administration.
- Minimum of 5years of experience.
- A Tech-Savvy and an Innovative person.
- Must be rugged and able to work without supervision.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong management and supervisory skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
