Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodations for staff, as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Education: First Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of administrative experience; experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong customer service skills.
