Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ikota, VGC – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and catering.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any Management related courses.
  • Masters Degree would be an added adavantage.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
