Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Bonojo, Ijebu Ode – Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across all departments (spa service, retail, training, etc)
  • Oversee bookings, appointments and service delivery
  • Coordinate staff, training, recruitment and ensure professional working environment
  • Prepare reports, monitor finance and resources management
  • Monitor sales targets and how to meet or exceed them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Leadership skills and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of skincare/spa/beauty trends is a plus
  • Flexible to work on weekends or public holidays.
