Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- To engage in Administrative planning for the present and future of the company.
- To assist the Business Manager to recruit, interview, select and place employees appropriately to work in your division when the need arises.
- To develop objective basis of assigning duties to employees through job description drafting and timely performance appraisal of individual employees in your region.
- To ensure a balance transportation policy and programme in the company cars, servicing, repairs, purchase and use of petrol.
- To maintain confidentiality in all matters regarding company’s business secrets and strategy.
- To maintain adequate record of goods i.e drugs e.t.c in Northern Region.
- To ensure that all company’s vehicles are orderly parked in the company’s office premises.
- Ensuring that information are posted timely and expediently to all concerned and when required.
- Liaise with logistic/courier on delivery of the company’s goods to various destinations.
- Ensure that all relevant dispatch documents are verified and send with good to client.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years experience.
