Title: Administrative Officer/Front Desk Officer

Location: Bucknor, Ejigbo, Lagos

Requirements

• Applicant must possess a minimum of OND, or HND/ BSc in an administrative discipline with a minimum of 1 year administrative experience preferably in a school environment.
• Applicant must possess great administrative and entrepreneurship skills;
• Responsible for procurement of school supplies;
• Adequate keeping of records and timely management reports – will be required to handle basic bookkeeping as well as necessary school records;
• Must be able to manage the school social media handles, as well as communication with parents;
• Must have good negotiating and effective communication skills;
• Must possess good presentation skills – ability to set up meetings/writing minutes;
• Applicant must be resident within Bucknor, Isheri-Oshun, Ijegun, Jakande Estate-Oke Afa, Ejigbo or it’s environs.
