Title: Administrative Personnel

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.
  • 1 – 3 years of clerical, secretariat, of office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, mncluding Microsoft Office.

Salary
N30,000 – N50,000 monthly.
