Title: Administrator/Human Resources Manager

Location: Ogba / Ikeja, Lagos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences especially in Economics, Business Admin and a knowledge in Law would be an added advantage
  • Human Resources professional with 5+ years of progressive human resources experience in a variety of disciplines including Organisational Design, leadership development, talent management, and performance management
  • Working Experience in an educational environment would be an added advantage Professional certifications obtained from National or global HR institutes will be an advantage
  • Very Good and broad understanding of employment law, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal partners.
