Job Overview
- Our client is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to manage its student admissions and onboarding processes.
- This role involves handling inquiries, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth transition into the academy.
- The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about design education and customer experience.hands-on industry experience.
Job Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in admissions, student affairs, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools or student database management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple admissions cycles simultaneously
- Interest or background in interior design or creative industries is a plus
