Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Aftersales Service Advisor to serve as the bridge between customers and our service team.
- This role involves providing professional consultation, coordinating vehicle servicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the aftersales process.
- The ideal candidate should have strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Accurately diagnose customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Provide cost estimates and explain repair procedures, timelines, and warranties.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and notify them of any changes or additional work required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Promote aftersales services, service packages, and value-added products to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to ensure the availability of required components.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty guidelines, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in automotive aftersales service, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and service processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple service requests, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with automotive service management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
