Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated Architect to join their team in Abuja.
• If you are passionate about architecture and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities
They include but are not limited to:

• Create layouts and reviews where necessary.
• Collate and submit documents to Development Control as required.
• Create drawings using software.
• Make onsite visits.
• Develop design concepts and create preliminary sketches for new buildings or renovations to existing structures.
• Prepare construction plans and specifications for buildings, including interior design details such as lighting, plumbing, or flooring materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
