Job Summary

• The Auto Parts Sales Representative plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with customers, retaining existing business, and driving sales growth.
• This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our extensive range of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, or market research; implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Customer Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing excellent service.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive parts trends to offer informed advice and recommendations.
• Communication & Negotiation: Effectively communicate product benefits while negotiating prices or terms that meet both company goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field (automotive industry experience is beneficial but not required).
• Basic knowledge of heavy duty truck parts(beneficial but not always required)
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
