Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced B2C sales executive to join our team and drive growth in our B2C sales.
  • As a B2C Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with our target consumer base, improving customer experience, and driving sales and/or brand loyalty.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that enhance our product reach and resonate with our customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2C strategies to drive business to consumers, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze consumer trends and behavior to tailor marketing and product strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless consumer journeys.
  • Lead initiatives that improve customer experience and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting tactics to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in a B2C-focused role, preferably in FMCG
  • strong understanding of consumer behaviour and B2C marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in [relevant tools, e.g., CRM software, digital analytics tools, social media platforms].
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • results-oriented with a proven track record of driving growth in B2C environments.
  • Young females are preferable for gender balancing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with FMCG
  • ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative projects.
  • Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
