Job Title: Backend Developer – NYSC
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs using Django and Django REST Framework.
- Create interactive and dynamic frontends using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Work closely with databasesto ensure data consistency and efficiency.
- Implement secure user authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, or similar protocols.
- Write efficient, testable, and well-structured code to meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack, ensuring minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Django and Python web development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent database design and management skills, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Proficient in building RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
