Locations: Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo

Job Description

• We are looking for young, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our client’s team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of banking services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and representing the bank in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and support across various banking services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and product offerings.
• Promote the bank’s services and help customers identify banking solutions to meet their needs.
• Facilitate the opening and closure of accounts, as well as the processing of transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any field.
• Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Age: 27 years and below.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for providing quality service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in customer service or banking (preferred but not mandatory).
