Job Title: Brand Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reporting To: Group Head
Supervises: Account Executives & Interns

Role Overview
- The Account Manager builds strong client relationships, ensures high-quality campaign execution, and leads account teams.
- They are both strategic and analytical, balancing client servicing, team leadership, and project management while ensuring profitability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Drive strategic growth of existing accounts
- Generate at least one business initiative quarterly
- Identify new market opportunities and lead pitch presentations
- Lead team brainstorming sessions.
Financial Management:
- Ensure adherence to budgets and accurate invoicing
- Monitor profitability and billings
- Follow up on payments and minimize outstanding receivables (30-day limit).
Client Management:
- Deliver excellent client service
- Manage expectations and communications
- Ensure 24-hour response time post-meetings.
- Grow business from existing clients
Staff Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members
- Enforce processes and delegate tasks effectively
- Maximize team performance and maintain staff-to-profitability ratio.
Project Management & Quality Control:
- Develop proposals, budgets, and execution plans
- Oversee project planning, training, documentation, and execution
- Ensure production meetings and training sessions are properly conducted
- Collaborate with Operations to meet project KPIs.
Reporting:
- Conduct project debriefs and share lessons learned
- Compile and share reports, data, and case studies with clients.
Job Requirements
- Education: University Degree in Management or related fields
- Certifications (Preferred): CIM, APCON
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Managerial Skills: Decision-making, organizational, interpersonal, negotiation skills
- Behavioral Traits: Integrity, dependability, attention to detail, transparency, honesty.
Salary
- N200,000 monthly.
