Job Title: Brand & Administrative Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Role Overview
- We are seeking a Brand & Administrative Manager to oversee operations, manage client brands, train and equip the team, and support client acquisition.
- This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in media, communication, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the management team in strategic planning and execution.
Brand Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies for multiple clients.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative and media projects.
- Work closely with designers, social media managers, and content creators.
Team Training & Development:
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Organize internal workshops to improve skills and industry knowledge.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with leadership to acquire and close at least 10 new profitable clients.
- Attend meetings, assist in refining proposals, and follow up on potential leads.
- Work with the team to enhance business pitches and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Extensive experience in media, communication, and brand management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and business negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: N150,000 per month
- Performance Bonuses: Commission on first payments from closed clients
- Transport Support: Coverage for external client visits and business-related travel
