Job Description

  • A detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Business Development Officer to support the company’s growth initiatives while managing administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will blend strong administrative capabilities with business development acumen to help drive the company’s growthin the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain office efficiency
  • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
  • Process and maintain records of business expenses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for themanagement team
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors

Business Development Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain adatabase of prospective clients and business opportunities
  • Prepare and present business proposals and quotations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends in the oil and gas industry
  • Track and respond to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop service solutions
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Generate regular reports on business development activities and opportunities

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations and standards
  • Experience with procurement processes
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements
  • Knowledge of contract administration
