Job Title: Business Development/Executive Assistant

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Business Development / Executive Assistant to support the executive team while driving business growth initiatives.
  • This hybrid role combines strategic business development responsibilities with high-level administrative support, requiring a proactive individual who is both business-savvy and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Manage client relationships and follow up on leads, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze performance data.
  • Coordinate and support marketing efforts, events, and networking activities.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide direct support to senior executives, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other professional documents.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, executive support, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute effectively.
  • Proximity to Lagos Island or Yaba axis is an added advantage for responsiveness and convenience.
