Core Purpose of the Job
- We are recruiting an enthusiastic, motivated and driven lady responsible for searching, identifying, structuring, managing and developing strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial deals within the most relevant players in the ecosystem.
- You are to help the business grow by generating revenue and establishing positive relationships with clients across international territories, conduct market research and analysis to find new business and client opportunities, generate and pursue leads, develop sales pitches and techniques, reach out to clients to offer products and services, arrange appointments, and negotiate terms with potential clients, as well as manage existing client accounts.
- You will be responsible for devising, developing and driving a comprehensive marketing plan for the business that supports our aggressive growth plans. You will be data driven and comfortable with adjusting plans based on data points.
Tasks
- Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.
- Develop individual business plans for each country.
- Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.
- Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to the business.
- Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.
- Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.
- Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.
- Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets.
- Analyze business and review future prospective for same.
- Manage all client communication and maintain effective relationships with all.
- Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.
- Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.
- Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
- Lead the business and the relationship development with prospects and clients. Align objectives, priorities and resources between them and the Company.
- Win new business development opportunities (originating, structuring, executing) with high-growth global, regional, or local players across multiple sectors.
- Positioning the Company as the preferred partner among prospects and clients, thorough deep understanding of entities strategies, priorities, needs and business processes, to present strategic ideas on how the company’s products can impact their results; in alignment with industry developments, dynamics and digital trends.
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to top clients and potential partners both externally and internally.
- Develop Account level plans to align the Fintech & Digital Partner strategic objectives with the Company’s solutions and prepare associated action plans.
- Develop a clear Stakeholder engagement model with the required cadence plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with 6 -10 years of experience
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Business experience including sales and / or relationship management.
- Willingness to learn and execute effectives sales strategies for products and services.
- Exposure to servicing Financial Institution clients in these areas is required.
- Availability to travel.
Requirements:

- Highly client oriented, results driven and hands on.
- Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.
- Strong influential skills at multiple levels, including entrepreneurship leaders and owners, design thinkers and Executive / C-level.
- Experience in B2B.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; drive, enthusiasm and creativity are key attributes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work across different markets with different cultures.
- Highly organized with exposure of project / program management.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Fintech, startups and neo-card-payments industry, its products, services and technologies, digital transformation.
- Proven experience in implementation of payment solutions.
- Performing well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and confident personality coupled with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Good time management for meeting strict deadlines.
- Attitude: Must be Friendly, honest, transparent and diligent in all dealings.
Remuneration
- N400,000.00 – N500,000.00 / Month Net as well as an agreed % on every business signed on.
