Job Title: Business Development Executive/Sales and Distribution Lead

Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to lead efforts in securing catering contracts, driving sales, and expanding our product reach.
- This individual will play a crucial role in promoting our catering services and ensuring our products, such as cookies, peanuts, cupcakes, and more, are successfully stocked and sold in stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure catering contracts by identifying leads, building relationships, and presenting tailored proposals.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales within and outside the business.
- Approach and engage with store owners/managers to secure agreements for product distribution.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and retail partners for repeat business.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in the food industry is an added advantage.
