Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market presence and customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms to secure favorable agreements.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Track and report on business development performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align efforts with company goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects from proposal to delivery.
Building Internal and External Relationships:
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen relationships and enhance company growth.
- Manage customer relations to improve visibility and reputation.
- Explore potential partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the engineering industry is a significant advantage.
Salary
- N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
