About the job

  • We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager with strong bid writing skills and grant writing skills for any region worldwide as well as understanding of government bidding process. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, government agencies to build new businesses for the company.

Salary: NGN100,000-NGN150,000

Bonus: up to NGN1M if target is is successfully achieved

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Craft proposals that seek funds from donors
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow and help expand the company
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • bid and grant writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
