Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Summary:
- We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business development metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales management role.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of the industry and Lagos market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently ,Lead a team or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
