Job Title: Business Development Officer Intern

Location: Garki/Jabi – Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a driven Business Development Intern to assist in identifying growth opportunities, expanding our partnerships, and contributing to the overall business development strategies.
  • As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of financial services, particularly in loan and P2P lending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the development and execution of business development strategies aimed at expanding our customer base.
  • Help in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, clients, and investors.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting business development reports and proposals.
  • Support team members in various administrative tasks related to business development and client relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress).
  • 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or financial services.
  • Strong interest in the financial technology sector, particularly loans and P2P lending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
