Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive Business Executive Assistant to support our growing business operations. This hybrid role blends administrative excellence with strategic involvement in HR operations, client relationship management, brand engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative tasks and internal coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and business partners.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and supporting partnership activities.
- Coordinate social media content and digital brand presence.
- Maintain smooth office operations and executive support.
- Participate in learning and development activities to grow professionally.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a a B.Sc Degree with 2 years experience.Professional growth opportunities
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Experience or interest in HR, client service, or brand management.
- Excellent writing skills for proposals and professional correspondence.
- Proficient in MS Office, social media tools, and digital platforms.
- Must own a personal laptop and be available to work on-site 3–4 times weekly.
