Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, technical support, or logistics, to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of product updates, services, and promotions.
  • Adhere to company policies and service standards while handling customer interactions.
  • 100% KPI adherence.

Salary

  • N120,000 Monthly.
