Job Description

• As a Care Navigator / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors to our medical centre.
• Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make a great impression, setting the tone for their healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients in person
• Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Work closely with clinical staff to resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years work experience.
