Job Description
- We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Chat Support to join our team at Chronicle.
- As a Chat Support, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers via live chat.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems via live chat
- Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements / Skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in live chat software and help desk platforms.
Salary
- N350,000 – N500,000 monthly.
