Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create diverse menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including the management of kitchen staff, scheduling, and food preparation processes.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to source the highest quality ingredients.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff to enhance culinary skills and ensure consistency in food preparation.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Certification in food safety management is preferred.
