We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Mode: Hybrid (Lagos-based candidates preferred for onsite leadership)

- We are scaling aggressively and need a hands-on CMO who can turn marketing into predictable revenue, lead digital campaigns, and drive strategic partnerships that grow our brand and bottom line.

Your Mission:
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth across all channels.
- Drive strategic partnerships,trade show organizers, affiliate networks, and distribution partners that directly impact customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & Optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS—No Excuses
- Develop & Execute Full-Funnel Marketing Strategies (Awareness → Conversion → Retention)
- Lead Paid Advertising Campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to Drive Customer Acquisition
- Implement Customer Retention Systems (Email, SMS, Loyalty Programs)
- Lead Strategic Partnerships to Drive Revenue Growth

- Trade Show Participation & Sponsorships
- Build a Predictable Customer Acquisition Engine
- Oversee SEO & Content Strategy for Organic Growth
- Develop UGC & Viral Content Creation Strategies
- Provide Clear Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting on Marketing KPIs
- Coordinate Closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics Teams to Align Fulfillment with Marketing Pushes
- Lead Product Launch Campaigns & Growth Initiatives
- Recruit, Lead & Hold Accountable the Entire Marketing Team (Digital, Retention, Content, Creative).

Who You Are
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- 8+ Years of Senior Marketing Leadership (CMO / VP / Head of Growth)
- Proven Track Record in Scaling eCommerce/D2C Brands
- Expert in Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience Driving Strategic Partnerships That Lead to Sales
- Deep Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention
- Builder of Teams, Systems, and Processes
- Lagos-Based or Available to Be Onsite 2-3x Weekly
- Disciplined, Data-Driven, Results-Focused
- Able to Lead & Hold Teams Accountable to Clear KPIs
- Experience with Strategic Partnerships, Trade Show Planning & Affiliate Programs (a bonus).

- Digital Marketing Team
- SEO & Content Team
- Email/SMS Retention Team
- Influencer & UGC Partnerships Team
- Creative Team (Video & Graphics).
Tools & Systems You’ll Oversee:
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Google Analytics & Google Looker Studio
- Klaviyo / Zoho Campaigns (Email & SMS Automation)
- SEO Tools (Ahrefs / SEMRush)
- Project Management: Zoho Projects / Slack
- CRM & Affiliate Management Platforms (Optional, Depending on Partnerships).
