Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Remote Work Officer/Remote Work Coordinator to join our team at Scout Publishing.
  • As a Chief Remote Work Officer/Remote Work Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing remote work strategies, policies, and programs, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement remote work strategies, policies, and programs, aligning with business objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to design and implement remote work arrangements, including flexible work schedules, virtual meetings, and digital communication tools
  • Foster a culture of remote work excellence, including providing training and support to employees, managers, and leaders on remote work best practices and tools
  • Monitor and evaluate remote work effectiveness, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular check-ins, and gathering feedback from employees and managers
  • Stay up-to-date with remote work trends, research, and best practices, including attending conferences, reading industry publications, and participating in online forums and communities

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in remote work management, human resources, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful remote work strategies and programs
  • Strong knowledge of remote work best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Salary
N450,0000 – N550,000 Monthly.
