About the Job
- Do you excel at building lasting relationships, managing client needs, and delivering excellent service?
- We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and ensure services are aligned to meet those needs
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless start
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, tech) to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor account performance and deliver regular updates and reports
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support client retention
- Address any client issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of experience in account management, client service, or customer success
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client reporting systems is an advantage.
