Job Title: Client Account Manager

About the Job

  • Do you excel at building lasting relationships, managing client needs, and delivering excellent service?
  • We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client goals and ensure services are aligned to meet those needs
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless start
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, tech) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance and deliver regular updates and reports
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support client retention
  • Address any client issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in account management, client service, or customer success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client reporting systems is an advantage.
