Job Title: Client Manager (Account Manager)

Job Description
- Are you great with people, organized, and able to think on your feet? We’re looking for a highly proactive client manager to join our fast-growing digital agency.
- You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams – managing communication, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Collect project briefs and clarify goals with clients.
- Create client update reports and share them weekly.
- Track client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement revisions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with customer service or client-facing roles.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs, Google Workspace, or Trello/Asana.
- Able to manage multiple client accounts at once.
- Must be organized, responsive, and eager to grow.
- Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba and Ojodu
- Willingness to learn and grow quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must own a working laptop. (very important)
- Must be able to commute to work location (Hybrid style).
Salary
- N100,000/ month.
