Job Title: Client Relations Officer (CRO)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job type: Full Time

Role Objective

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments while coordinating with service providers.
  • Handle billing, invoices, and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Address minor client complaints or escalate them to the appropriate manager.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or client relations.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and billing systems.
