Job Summary

  • Answer consumer questions by phone, email, live chat, or in person in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Address product- or service-related concerns by elucidating the customer’s grievance, identifying the root cause, and choosing the most appropriate remedy.
  • Using CRM software or internal systems, keep an accurate and thorough record of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions.
  • Follow up with clients to make sure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied.
  • To handle client demands and requests, collaborate with internal divisions including sales, logistics, and technical support.
  • Report complicated or unresolved problems to the proper managers or departments.
  • Participate in team objectives and enhance customer service standards, policies, and practices.
  • To find patterns and recommend changes, collect and evaluate consumer input.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in ICT, solar energy solution, car tracking, electrical, energy, FINTECH, Marketing Industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, IT) to resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and system updates to support customers effectively.
