Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and reports using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present client activity reports and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to improve client engagement strategy.
