We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team and drive business growth.
  • As Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on experiential marketing strategies and campaigns.

Client Service Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attend regular meetings and provide support to ensure that client’s expectations are fulfilled.
  • Monitor Clients’ brands, industries and markets, and competitive activity. Become familiar with changes and trends.
  • Support in planning and co-ordination of the implementation of tactical projects.
  • Obtain thorough debrief on all proposals to enable effective project management.
  • Support in the planning and control the production of artwork ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Support in driving operations in execution planning and ensure deliverables and fulfilled and timelines to client are kept.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of activations by providing support in monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.
  • Ensure Contact Reports, Status Reports, and Activation reports are produced on time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client service, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in experiential marketing or a related industry.
