Title: Client Service Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries about the company and its services
- Forward incoming administrative mail to respective staff or units.
- Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships
- Respond to rate requests and liaise with the accounting Unit when necessary
- Provide regular updates to clients on their campaigns
- Send mail to clients, 2 weeks before the expiration date and do subsequent follow-ups to ensure clients pay for renewal.
- Take pictures and send in-charge reports to clients at the beginning of each campaign.
- Take traffic/Geotag pictures with monitoring code and send them to clients when necessary.
- Work in synergy with the operations team to ensure quality and timely delivery of the campaign.
- Manage the relationship between the organization and clients.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints as fast as possible
- Update available, occupied, and default boards on the App, excel sheet, and PowerPoint slide daily.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Handle all possible complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow established communication or client service procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Promptly, professionally receives and assesses all incoming telephone calls /inquiries and re-directs said call or message to its appropriate beneficiary.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Maintains requisite supplies of office stationeries including papers, staplers, items and first aid box.
- Ensures reception area is kept neat, clean and noiseless.
- Arrange food and beverages for the MD & guests, when the need arises, after seeking the appropriate approval.
- To always maintain office decorum and a high degree of quality communication between the various parties concerned.
- Performs routine office tasks as necessary for the presentation of a professional office.
- Perform other assigned functions.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
Salary
- N70,000 – N80,000 / Month.
