Job Title: Client Service Representative and Brand Model

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Client Service and Sales:

• Act as primary point of contact: guide prospects through inquiry to deal closure.
• Anticipate client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and client satisfaction.

Brand Model:

• Be the on‑camera/model face for our Signature brand demos, marketing campaigns, and training materials.
• Participate in video shoots, photoshoots, and live promotional events.
• Embody brand values in all public‑facing appearances.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 2+ years in client‑facing or sales roles, with proven deal‑closing ability.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident on‑camera presence; comfortable modeling for digital media.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms.
• Adaptable, growth‑oriented, and a team player.
