Job Title: Clinical Administrator

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our healthcare center.
- This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth clinic operations, staff efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.
- The ideal candidate will support compliance efforts and drive quality assurance across all non-clinical functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, logistics, and workflow coordination
- Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational policies
- Coordinate and track facility maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Manage and process patient referrals, maintaining communication with referring physicians
Patient Experience & Front Desk Oversight:
- Supervise front desk and patient service teams to ensure efficient check-ins and accurate documentation
- Address patient concerns or delays professionally, escalating when necessary
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized reception and waiting area
Staff Coordination & HR Support:
- Monitor staff attendance, manage rosters, and support shift planning
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees, interns, or trainees
- Organize team meetings, training sessions, and daily briefings
- Encourage a positive and collaborative environment for staff and patients alike
- Track and report on key administrative and performance metrics
Reporting:
- Compile weekly and monthly operational reports covering patient volumes, service delivery, and team efficiency
- Provide insights and updates to management on performance trends and process improvements
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations, facility safety, and radiotherapy quality standards
- Monitor documentation practices to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits or inspections
- Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and enhance patient care
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or clinic operations
- Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Salary
- N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
