Job Description
- This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual with a passion for storytelling, digital content creation, and impactful communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
- Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Assist in maintaining brand and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct preliminary research to support communication campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist with content writing for internal announcements, newsletters, blog posts and slide decks.
- Assist in tracking and following up on communication-related action items and deliverables.
Requirements
- Recent Graduate in a related field.
- Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google suite, and content tools such as customer.io and social media management is a plus.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
