Job Brief

  • We are looking for a talented Community manager to help grow our community by creating a great member experience while executing PR, front of the office, events, and operational tasks with excellence.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the facility making sure everything is working and in order.
  • You will manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals for products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customers’ questions and provide information on all VPK services including co-working, social and lifestyle services.
  • Provide best practice front-of-office management systems that include visitor receipt & management, telephone systems management, and client service management
  • Respond to all inbound/walk-in calls/inquiries and forward on to relevant parties as and when applicable
  • Complete membership transactions and onboard paid members with access cards and other needed tools.
  • Process new member applications and fees
  • Provide concierge services inclusive of mail handling, member services etc.
  • Provide dedicated support to ensure all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Reporting to management and executing instructions.
  • Liaising with management and staff regarding administrative matters.
  • Keeping track of occupancy and payment records including and not limited to invoicing daily transactions and managing petty cash.
  • Raising requisitions for expenditure
  • Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
  • Scheduling and managing meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.
  • Making travel arrangements, coordinating conference calls, and handling RSVPs for events.
  • Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
  • Co-create events and ensure there is a good balance of education, member appreciation, and lead-generating/sales-related events
  • Support the building and maintenance of an aesthetically pleasing workspace
  • Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions in line with profit objectives.
  • Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Social Science
  • 3 years of Administrative/relevant work experience
  • Attendance/participation in Tech Expos/Event is an added advantage
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – friendly, diplomatic and assertive when required
  • Have Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly technically capable. Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications that our organization depends on
  • Can work under your own initiative
  • Experience managing corporate social media campaigns
  • Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus
  • Have a keen eye for detail with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Have a strong sense of need for achievement of goals and successes
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Highly technically capable.
  • Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications that our space depends on
  • Experience managing corporate social media campaigns
  • Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus
  • Passion for our entrepreneurial community
  • Fluent in English. The ability to speak the additional language is a plus.
  • High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
