Job Summary

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) shall be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic execution of all activities in the company.
• The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement operational strategies that drives efficiency, profitability, and scalability while ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, fleet management, and supply chain activities.
• Design and implement strategies, processes, and systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to establish long-term goals and operational strategies.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives and ensure successful execution.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to support business growth and competitive advantage.
• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability and ROI.
• Identify and implement opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction across the supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of department heads and operational staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and training to maintain a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering quality outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key stakeholders to optimize value.

Key Qualifications
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations and delivering measurable results.
